Pet loss grief is not only emotional. It can be deeply physical, disorientating and overwhelming. These 1:1 Regulation-Based Support Sessions offer more than conversation. They provide a steady, grounded space where your nervous system, your bond, and your grief are all honoured.
Grieving the loss of a pet is a deeply personal experience, and the journey to healing looks different for everyone. It can feel invisible, complicated, or dismissed by those around you. You may feel overwhelmed, guilty, angry, or profoundly heartbroken.
This is a space where your grief is seen, your pet is remembered, and your heart is supported.
These are not traditional talk therapy. My Pet Loss Support Sessions integrate nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, reflective writing EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and compassionate presence.
