Pet loss coaching offers more than just talk. These gentle 1:1 holistic sessions are a space to begin healing after the loss of a beloved animal.

Grieving the loss of a pet is a deeply personal experience, and the journey to healing looks different for everyone. It can feel invisible, complicated, or dismissed by those around you. You may feel overwhelmed, guilty, angry, or profoundly heartbroken. 

This is a space where your grief is seen, your pet is remembered, and your heart is supported.

These are not traditional talk therapy, my pet loss coaching sessions bring in body-based and creative tools for deep, personal healing. Using gentle holistic healing tools like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, reflective writing and compassionate presence, this is where your healing journey can begin.
